How do I book an appointment?

We operate by appointment. You can book through Naver Booking, KakaoTalk (메디컬블룸코엑스) or by phone at +82-2-6953-8250. Same-day appointments are available when there is an opening.

What are your opening hours?

Weekdays 10:00–19:00, Saturdays and public holidays 10:00–17:00, with no lunch break. Closed on Sundays.

Where are you located and how do I get there?

We are at 2F, 37-3 Seolleung-ro 92-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (UH SUITE the COEX) — a 4-minute walk from exits 9 and 10 of Seolleung Station (Line 2, Suin-Bundang Line) and a 15-minute walk from exits 4 and 5 of Samseong Station (Line 2).

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available in the building, and visitors to the clinic receive 2 hours of free parking.

Can I get a consultation in English or other languages?

Yes. Consultations are available in English, Japanese and Chinese, and this website is available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).

What treatments do you offer?

We offer lifting (Ultherapy PRIME, Thermage FLX and more), skin boosters, pore and scar care, pigmentation and redness care, acne care, skin care, and herbal medicine weight-management and slimming programs.

What consultation and skin analysis happen before treatment?

You will have a one-on-one consultation with a doctor, and we check pigmentation, redness, pores and wrinkles with the DermaVision skin imaging system before planning treatment.

Who will treat me?

Our two lead physicians, Korean medicine doctors Lee Ji-seung and So Yoon Sung, personally handle everything from consultation to treatment.

Can I return to normal activities right after treatment?

It depends on the treatment and varies from person to person. We explain the recovery time and aftercare for each treatment in detail during your consultation.
